The terms that apply when you book a course with The Product Academy.
Last updated: June 2026
These terms apply to all course bookings made with The Product Academy ("TPA", "we", "us"), based at Unit 1, Block B, 4 Lanyon Road, Benoni, Gauteng. By booking a course, you agree to these terms.
Courses are booked via WhatsApp, phone, or our website enquiry form. A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it and you have arranged payment of the course fee.
Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 6 students per session to ensure quality, hands-on training. Seats are allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.
Current course fees are displayed on our website and may change from time to time, including promotional pricing for limited periods. The fee applicable to your booking is the fee confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Detergent Manufacturing Level 1 runs every second weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with tea and lunch provided. Specific dates are confirmed at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule a course date due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. If we reschedule or cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available date.
Course materials, formulas, and supplementary guides provided during the course are for your personal use in building your own business. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used to create competing training material without our permission.
We expect all students to engage respectfully with trainers and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove a student from a session without refund in cases of disruptive or unsafe behaviour.
While we provide practical, real-world training designed to help you start a business, we cannot guarantee specific income, sales, or business outcomes. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, local market conditions, and how you apply what you learn.
The Product Academy provides training in good faith and to a professional standard. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of course material or your own subsequent business activities.
