1. Services Provided
The Product Academy provides in-person training and certification courses in product manufacturing, including but not limited to detergents, perfumes, and candles. Course content, schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our discretion.
Enrollment in any course is subject to availability and confirmation by The Product Academy.
2. Eligibility
By enrolling in our courses, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age or have consent from a legal guardian
You are capable of participating in hands-on, practical training
You will comply with all safety instructions provided during training
3. Course Enrollment & Booking
Course enrollment is confirmed only once the required tuition fee or deposit has been received.
Payment secures your seat in the selected course and training session.
Limited seats are available per class and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Fees & Payments
All course fees are clearly stated on the relevant course pages.
Fees must be paid in full or as specified to confirm enrollment.
Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed enrollments will not be affected by future price changes.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
Course fees are non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
In exceptional circumstances, enrollment may be transferred to a future course date, subject to availability and approval by The Product Academy.
The Product Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, learners will be offered an alternative date or appropriate resolution.
6. Attendance & Conduct
Participants are expected to:
Attend sessions on time and participate respectfully
Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by trainers
Use equipment and materials responsibly
The Product Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, formulas, manuals, presentations, and training resources provided by The Product Academy remain the intellectual property of The Product Academy.
Participants may use the knowledge gained for personal or business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell training materials without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure accurate instruction and safe training environments, The Product Academy is not liable for:
Any loss, injury, or damages resulting from misuse of information or products created during or after training
Business outcomes, profits, or commercial success resulting from course participation
Learners are responsible for applying skills and information appropriately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Safety Disclaimer
Our courses involve hands-on manufacturing activities. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved and agree to follow all safety procedures. The Product Academy is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow provided safety guidelines.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website or enrollment process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as described therein.
11. Changes to Terms
The Product Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
